A little about us
We’re Alchemy Wedding Films. Located in Burnley, Lancashire. We have over 10 years of wedding videography experience that focuses on letting you enjoy your wedding without interruption.
We cover weddings nation-wide and even destination weddings.
Our style is non-intrusive, natural and cinematic. We want to make sure that you spend your time with your guests - not filming with us!
Coverage starts from 3 to 10 hours at a time of your choosing. We film everything that matters, even down to the finer details of your day - the little things that might get overlooked.

“Maybe the best money we spent on our wedding”
We weren't set on hiring a videographer but several friends insisted that it was invaluable. I found Jamie fairly last minute and his pricing was so reasonable I couldn't see a reason not to book him.
At such a great price my expectations were not high and I felt if all we got out of the booking was our ceremony recorded to look back on then it wasn't a waste.
My expectations were beyond EXCEEDED. All the footage we got back was exceptional and our highlights reel is so unbelievably beautiful, I sob every time I watch it.
Once edited, Jamie sent all the files over digitally as well as on a really pretty flash drive - one of which never found its way to us so he sent a replacement as soon as I informed him. Jamie is so talented and so lovely and I could not recommend him more highly.

Add a second shooter to any package to make sure every single moment of your day is captured, from guests right down to the finer details.

Want to relive every minute of your wedding day? You can request the RAW video files that we shoot on the day. We’ll send a private link for you to download your footage.
FAQs
How long is the turnaround?
Video editing can be a long process, so your first look at your highlights showreel can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered to you. Once you’ve seen your highlights, we’ll aim to deliver the remaining videos to you no later than 2 weeks after. So 8 weeks in total. This may be longer during peak wedding season and is no guarantee.
Can we change our date if we need to?
100%. We like to make sure that you have peace of mind if unplanned circumstances get in your way. However, if we cannot accommodate your new date, your deposit will be non-refundable. We will however look to source a new Videographer for you from our supplier list.
How much is the deposit?
To secure your booking, we ask you pay £400 initially. This ensures that we can confirm your booking. We’ll raise an invoice for the deposit and you’ll receive a receipt via email once the deposit has settled in our account.
When should we pay?
We ask that you finalise the remaining balance 6 weeks before your wedding day. This allows us time to process the payment and make sure we’re completely ready for your wedding. We also offer payment plans leading up to your wedding.
How far do you travel?
The first hour of travel is included in all packages, however anything outside of this will incur additional costs - depending on how far we need to travel.
What is your style?
We’re all about natural moments. Mixing with your guests, kids playing in the garden, mum and dad singing after one too many. Our main goal is for you to forget we’re even there. We’ll try to blend in as much as possible to take some stress off you and capture all the natural and touching interactions that happen on your wedding day.
